As our team continues to grow, we’re hiring a Sales Training Manager to lead onboarding, coach sales performance, and help our intake agents deliver their best on every call.This role is ideal for someone who loves coaching, understands phone-based sales, and can build training systems that drive results. You’ll play a hands-on role in developing new talent and helping experienced reps sharpen their skills.
What You’ll Do
- Lead effective, engaging new hire training that sets the tone for success
- Review live and recorded sales calls daily, providing actionable feedback
- Create and update training materials, talk tracks, and roleplay exercises
- Run ongoing workshops and coaching sessions focused on conversion, compliance, and communication
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and build targeted improvement plans
- Use performance data to evaluate training effectiveness and refine strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales training, coaching, or team management
- Strong knowledge of phone-based or call center sales
- Proven track record of improving team performance through structured coaching
- Clear, confident communication and strong leadership presence
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and personalities
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
